Doesn't work for long...
This is a beautiful faucet, but the problem is that it only worked for about 14 months. Not long after I had it installed, the head started leaking from the connection to the hose. I discovered that it had loosened; after tightening it, the drip stopped. So...no big deal. After a year, tightening no longer stopped the drip. I could live with that, but then the spray component stopped working. Now all I have is a fancy faucet head with a wan stream of water. I'll have to replace it soon. So disappointing.

Sprayer and Plastic Nut.
We bought this product because it had three spray operations, Stndard stream, sprayer, then cutting spray to clean food. Well to operate the sprayer you must press the lever on the head twice the first one is the cutter spray which is very good and hard except it sprays everywhere. then you quickly press again for the sprayer. My wife does not like that.Then on the installation it has a plastic ring to screw on to tighten the faucet to the deck. This does not work very well and the plumber had to replace it with a metal nut. If you are a DIY type you would not know this. Poor design.

Ok with some minor issues
The head of the faucet sits angled and doesn’t face the sink straight down. We replaced an old faucet with the same look, but the shower head is bigger. Also, when switched to the shower mode, it switches to the intense mode before switching to the gentler stream. In general, water pressures much lower than the old one. It’s not a bad product but I most likely won’t buy it again.

Best in quality
I love Grohe products. A kitchen faucet is used daily and I don’t like skimping. I want superior quality. This faucet was pricey but I needed a replacement quickly and had no time to go to the plumbing supply store. I am pleased with my purchase and recommend it.

Beautiful Faucet
Old faucet broke 3 days before Thanksgiving, and we needed something of high quality that could be delivered quickly. Amazon and Grohe to the rescue. It arrived with time to spare. I installed it the next day, and we had a beautiful Thanksgiving, complete with hot and cold running water.

I received the product and was very happy that it was exactly as I wanted.But there was a problem that I could not connect to the plumbing of the house because of too small a diameter of the pipes that are connected to the faucet.The measurements in Israel are English measurements and there is no adapter in the package so that I can solve the problem.My question is do you have the option to send me an adapter so I can enjoy the faucet you sent me.Thank you. Dead on arrival - o-ring seat broken
Compared to Pfister or other higher end brands seams more durable. This one came with a broken o-ring seal. Grohe should NEVER have such types of failures!At first I thought it was cheaper to exchange the cartridge. The item was already in place and it was cheaper to purchase a new cartridge (don't even bother for the warranty). It is unrepairable with a broken o-ring seat.I hate warranty exchanges that end up being more expensive than the original deal. How much do you think the plumber will charge for uninstalling, installing a spare for a few weeks and then installing the new one....I have just purchased a new one exactly one month after the other and was 20% more expensive... I hope this one comes in good condition. I am German, but very disappointed at German brands made in China.Pfui!

Watch out for undersink leaks!
Shortly after installation by a professional plumber, and while we were away with someone staying in our house, the faucet began to leak under the sink and the leak went undetected. We returned home after significant leakage. Our plumber, who had recommended this model, said this one had a different "connector" (one he'd not seen before, and one he suspects will soon be replaced). Not only did the faucet literally move around on the sink, but the connection between the hose and the nozzle loosened and that actually caused the leakage and significant damage. Now we at least know what to watch for, and can hand tighten the connection between the hose and nozzle.I would not buy this again; our old faucet bought at Home Depot lasted 10 years and never gave us this kind of trouble.

I'm updating my review because the product is disappointing - too much splash
I've owned this faucet for several years and at first I loved it because of the way it looked and gave it a good review. I've very much changed my mind. This thing creates so much splash that you have to towel the countertop every time you use it. The water comes out with so much force and it's hard to select a force setting to low. Yes, it looks good, but no, I'd rather have my cheap old Delta faucet back. Also, this faucet doesn't reach out far enough into the sink -- the curve is too tight. I think this is part of the reason for so much splash. I cannot recommend it and wish I'd not purchased it. I give it two stars for looking good and that's all.

Product produces no water flow!!!
This is amazing! This very expensive faucet has a flow rate that is totally restricted. I have had my plumber back twice to check the installation. They tried pulling out some of the inside screens that could cause restriction; no luck!!I have call into Grohe, but they are closed.Will update if they get it corrected.Really disappointing!!!

The Grohe box was damaged. It looks like the faucet had been installed and then returned. All inner boxes were opened. This was presented as a new item. BUYER BEWARE! Returning this ASAP! Unacceptable for an item that costs over $450!

The Faucet was received on time and installed by a professional plumber. With a day it was leaking water below the sink and dripping drops from the pulldown faucet head. Had to get a replacement faucet and returned the defective. Amazon sent the replacement quickly.The installation instructions need to be improved. It is just pictures

quality faucet and thought-out installation instructions
Quality of the faucet materials and how it has worked after installation were main reason for purchase. if you watch video of installation, the effort is much easier and helps in getting it right the first time. Biggest challenge was in getting nut tight up against sink from underneath.

Waste of money, terrible customer service at Amazon
Not only the faucet was piece of junk with absolutely no flow after a month, amazon return process was painful and very disappointing. They deducted %20 of my money when I returned the product without informing me. I’ve called them several times to fix it but the customer service of Amazon was terrible. They were very rude and were not helpful at all. Do not waste your money buying this faucet for two main reasons:1. The faucet stops working after a month2. Amazon won’t fully refund you and you have to waste many hours of your to talk to them and at the end they disconnect you....Get a well known faucet from a local store so you can easily return it if it doesn’t work...

Faulty design in the lock nut
It’s a great faucet - if you can get it installed. Two contractors tried to install the faucet. We then went to a plumbing store and were provided with replacement lock-nuts. The gentleman at the plumbing store said that the lock-nuts on this particular model of Grohe faucet fail all the time.

Major problems with this faucet
We purchased this faucet to replace the existing Grohe Lady Lux faucet that was over 10 years old. We have had nothing but trouble. We had a water pressure issue first, which Grohe sent a replacement part but that took a couple of weeks so we couldn't even use our kitchen faucet. Now we have another major water leak from the 3 flex lines/water hoses. I missed the return window since this was installed during a major remodel and we weren't using it yet. We will be shopping for a different brand.

Very poor quality.
Not the usual Grohe quality I would expect. I was replacing an old Grohe faucet which was great. On this new model, the tightening nut is cheap plastic with few threads making it impossible to secure tightly. Also the flow is horrible. I had to pay a plumber to uninstall this faucet and reinstall my old one.

Grohe Product is Great but Very Disappointed with Amazon
Packaging was terrible. It was obviously a returned item, Amazon simply sent to us. Items were strewn around in the box. Fortunately, they were not damaged. We thought everything was there and as the existing one was leaking, we went ahead and installed it only to find the weight for retraction of the head was missing. Plumber had another one so we used it. Next time I receive a package like this, I will return it right away. As for the product it self, it functions much like our previous Grohe which was great had lasted for 12 years despite the hard water we have.

Looks nice; works ok so far
I replaced an older version of this faucet. The hole in the granite countertop was 1.25”. This new faucet needed a 1 3/8” hole. Spent half a day trying to find a diamond tipped drill bit, then drilled the hole very very carefully, and then it was good.You will need pliers and wrenches, a tape measure, Phillips and flat tipped screwdrivers. I also needed a small pipe cutter to cut off the tubing of the old faucet. Big pain in the neck working under the sink to do this. Expect to need 4 hours, not including drilling the hole or the cleanup when you’re done. It’s never as easy as the instructions or the YouTube video say.Lots of parts are plastic. Hope it lasts. So far so good. It’s been 3 weeks.

Worth the Upgrade
After replacing a 14-year-old Grohe with a Kohler, we were disappointed with the latter after less than two years and decided to look at Grohe again. We'd considered other options such as Hansgrohe, but found the quality of the Grohe to be superior. It has a heft and smoothness of operation not found in mainstream units from Kohler, Moen and Delta, and the installation process is a snap -- by far the easiest we've encountered. That said, the water flow rate in normal mode (not using the sprayer) leaves a lot to be desired. It does not aerate, and has an irritating pulsation when in use. Neither of these issues can be fixed with internal adjustments to the flow.Another criticism is the installation instructions -- no words, just pictures to figure out. They're adequate for the purpose, but could be much improved with a bit of written guidance.

Slip nut nightmare solved...
Unless the slip nut is perfectly aligned it will... er... slip. It will act as if it is stripped... when in fact it is just that the plastic threads on the inside are not all on the same level. If the surface on the underside of the sink is irregular for some reason, like mine was, it is a bear to get the threads to align and give a good solid tightening. Don't give up... just try a few times by backing the nut off a bit and then proceeding with the idea that it has to remain as if on the same plane as the underside of the faucet above. I hope this helps someone who, like me, has thoughts of going "Office Space" on this faucet. It is now in place, looks nice, and works well. It is solid, to say the least, like all Grohe faucets. But seriously the instructions could be more informative. And WHY doesn't every manufacturer have a quick installation video for all of their products?

Love this faucet
I had a lady lux forever. Got this one as they don’t make lady lux anymore. The water flow is different then one is use to. It’s a soft flow but comes out good. Like a lot. The sprayer is great and the hard sprayer cleans plates and pans beautifully.I got the stainless it is very nice. Don’t see finger prints. Excellent quality. Highly recommend it.

Sturdy and good-looking faucet
We purchased this Grohe faucet for a kitchen renovation. It is stainless steel (not chrome) and fits beautifully into the look and feel of the kitchen. It is sturdy - the pullout faucet feels secure and retracts easily into position. The surface of it cleans easily with a damp cloth. We bought a second one for another kitchen update and this time included a soap dispenser. Highly recommend this product (it’s a little expensive, but worth it).

It's important to have functional and beautiful objects that will be seen and used many times each day. This faucet has proven to be a lovely addition to our kitchen. I like it much better than the old "bulb" type Grohe we had before.One thing that surprised me was the beauty and clarity of the stream of water....no bubbles, no sound. The second surprise was the force of the extra spray function. It seems to kick in before the more gentle spray feature , but we have gotten used to it.It would be a good faucet for a kitchen that has a wall or backsplash behind the sink as the lever is adjusted to work forward. We don't have that need, but I see that some kitchens might.The arc measurement is perfect for our drain, same as the old Grohe . It was important for me that the water went directly into the garbage disposal. Not all faucets had the proper arc for our sink. Measure and confirm your distance before ordering.

The first faucet delivered was an open-boxed item with inside packaging slit open, and was subsequently replaced. Whereas the first on was marked "made in Portugal", the replaced item had "Assembled in Mexico" on the box. On examination, the quality was on-par and the installation was relatively straight forward. It took more time to disassemble the old facet than to install the new one.Overall performance of the faucet is so far satisfactory. Some have complained about low water flow but it seems it performs to the specified 1.75 gpm, only that when it is not in spray mode there is little effect of an aerator. The operational design does seem a bit awkward, in that it has to switch to blade spray before reaching the shower mode. That means that one has to pull down the nozzle to switch so as not to splash water all over. It takes some getting used to; other than that a satisfied purchase.

Very low flow and poor customer service - do not recommend.
Bought this faucet and was really excited about it. Got it installed and it didn't work, it was basically a trickle of water coming out of the faucet. Tried to return but missed my return window because I couldn't get a plumber in within the 30 days. Last time I'm buying something like this on Amazon.Contacted Grohe because after paying this much money for a faucet, it should work, and they said it was the coupler and that they'd send me another one. I told them the plumber said the problem was in the mixer not the coupler but they didn't care. Got a new coupler and had to re-install the Grohe faucet (mind you I already went to the local home store and bought a new faucet because I can't be sink-less for weeks) and guess what, the problem was not in the coupler! So now I have to uninstall the Grohe cause again, I need my sink, and wait for them to try to troubleshoot with me again.Completely ridiculous. I've wasted an incredible amount of time and spent $$ trying to get this fixed when Grohe should have sent me a faucet that works from the very beginning. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Product malfunctioned !
The faucet leaked the first night after installation ....flooded my kitchen cupboard ,and ran down to the finished basement and through the ceiling . Groeh admitted that it was a fault in their faucet ( because my plumber took a video of the water pour ing out ) . Said to send it back to supplier ! I did ,and Amazon refunded me . Thankfully . I bought a new tap ....DELTA 🤪

Finger prints are obvious
The tap is fine. For the price it should wash the dishes LOL. Finger prints are noticeable and need to be wiped constantly. Not what we were counting on. It's installed or I would have returned it.

I needed to replace a Brizo Venuto, with something having similar height, reach, and finish. This was the only faucet I found that met those criteria. I thought Grohe had an excellent reputation, but recent reviews I found left me with concerns. now that this is installed I feel better. It does seem well built though it does have some plastic parts.The one thing I don't like is the flow rate. It can take a long time to fill a pot. But the high pressure spray makes up for the flow rate in other cases.I didn't rate ease of installation because I didn't do it myself. The plumber didn't seem to have much difficulty
